Gurgaon based artist, Anjali Misra’s use of charcoal captivates and allows one to go beyond its stark black and white conclusion as she plays around with shade. As an artist she enjoys telling a story by creating flow and movement where there is stillness and creating a pause, a halt where there was once movement.
Originally an Indian Classical Odissi dancer and a yoga therapist, the sense of stillness and movement have evolved into her expression.
